Our Executive Director guides the organization’s vision and operations, ensuring every client receives personalized support in a safe and welcoming environment. Supporting this mission, our Board of Directors provides oversight and strategic guidance, helping us maintain the highest standards of care while fostering growth and innovation. Together, they ensure our practice remains a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking mental health and wellness services.
Erin Keys
Executive Director
Erin is a nonprofit leader, ordained minister, and strategic consultant who has spent over 15 years helping organizations and leaders achieve mission-aligned growth and lasting impact. She specializes in strategy development, operational systems, human resources, sustainability planning, and organizational change.
As Executive Director of Greenwich Advanced Counseling, Erin oversees all aspects of nonprofit leadership: strategic planning, fundraising, board relations, team management, and organizational development. She also maintains an executive consulting practice, working directly with leaders and teams to solve complex operational challenges, clarify strategic direction, expand their influence, and build organizations that last.
Erin’s leadership has earned national recognition. She served as Guest Chaplain for the U.S. House of Representatives, was named one of “40 Under 40 Women in Washington, DC” by Washingtonian Magazine, and received the 2014 Elon University Alumni Award for Service to Church & Society.
Erin volunteers as consultant with The Acceleration Project, a nonprofit organization that seeks to unlock pathways to wealth creation and economic mobility by accelerating under-resourced small businesses, and she is a certified Domestic Abuse Advocate through the YWCA.
Whether leading an organization, advising executives, or serving the wider community, Erin brings strategic clarity, operational expertise, and integrity to every endeavor.
