How Consulting Differs from Therapy
While therapy addresses emotional well-being, personal healing, and mental health, consulting addresses organizational challenges, strategic decision-making, and professional development.
Therapy explores internal experiences and patterns; consulting focuses on external goals and systems. Therapy is a clinical service provided by licensed mental health professionals; consulting draws on business expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership experience.
